Tesselate the sphere with a square footprint
XXX–TODO: This really sucks at the poles, should add some different pole cap behavior.
- Parameters:

The length of a side of the square (degrees)
- overlapfloat (0.11)
How much overlap to have in pointings
- Returns:
- fieldsnumpy array
With ‘RA’ and ‘dec’ keys that have the field positions in radians
