Tesselate the sphere with a square footprint

Parameters:
side_lengthfloat (0.7)

The length of a side of the square (degrees)

overlapfloat (0.11)

How much overlap to have in pointings

Returns:
fieldsnumpy array

With ‘RA’ and ‘dec’ keys that have the field positions in radians
